Did the new "eating plan work"?

NO, NO and, NO.

I had my 80th birthday this year, and I decided the hell with it. I am relatively healthy, high P/B and Cholesterol, with I take meds for, and very happy with my life. So what that I could loose about 30 lbs. I've had these 30 lbs., off and on, most of my life. They have become recurring friends; and one can't have to many friends, right.

So, guys and gals, I am just moving on.

Politics.  Good God Gurty, when will it end?  At the election? I don't think so, as it didn't last time. This has been going on for two years.  I think that there should be campaign limits as there are in other countries. What's wrong with three months to bombard us? Also, we have got to get corp. money out of elections. We are owned by the 1% whether we know it or not. Our grandkids are going to pay the price if we don't somehow fix it.

Well, we still get to vote, at least in some states if you have an ID, so be sure and do it.  I believe in the ID by the way, I just think that they should be earlier to obtain. Not everyone drives a car and what other way can one get a picture ID?  Here in Alaska, the state gives everyone an ID that looks like a drivers license, if they can get to a DMV office. Good luck with that  if you live in the bush. I don't know what they do. I guess everyone in the village knows them anyway, so what difference does it make.

Oh well, another day, another ten cents, as they say in the 99%.  Hang in there, we're all in it together.
